Domestic Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Atlas Labs Nutrition. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipment Delivery Providers

We use Canada Post to ship your order and we are not liable for:

  • mistakes made by Canada Post
  • wrong address given by customers
  • damage to order by postal service
  • stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We do express delivery Canada-Wide!
  • Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.

Shipment Destinations and P.O. boxes

  • Atlas Labs Nutrition only ships to addresses within Canada.
  • Atlas Labs does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 2pm PST will only be processed the following business day.

Damages

Atlas Labs Nutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend taking pictures of any shipping defects as it helps with your claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally from Canada, including to the United States and the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs Delays or Seizures: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any items that are refused entry, held, or seized by customs authorities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country.
  • Lost or Undeliverable Packages: Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If a package is lost, delayed, or fails to clear customs, the risk lies entirely with the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages that do not successfully arrive due to customs issues or international shipping problems.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any issues that may arise once your order has shipped.
